Trinity: God is Love
When we think about those dearest to us, our thoughts naturally turn to the ultimate source of Love itself – God. The concept of God is vast and multifaceted, offering countless avenues for contemplation and experience. Among these, the Trinity stands out as a particularly profound way to envision the Divine.
The Trinity beautifully captures the relational essence of God: three persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – engaged in an eternal dance of love. This three-in-one nature transcends our understanding of personhood, embodying Love in its purest form. It’s a love so abundant that it overflows, cascading as Grace upon all creation. Indeed, the entire universe is steeped in this divine outpouring of Love.
What makes this celestial dance truly remarkable is our invitation to join in. We are called to step into this relationship of love, to become one with the Divine, and to embrace the fullness of love itself. In essence, we are invited to become God’s Valentine.
This concept reminds us that love is not just an attribute of God, but God’s very nature. Love is who God is. And love is what we are called to become.
