Registering for a Retreat at Genesis:

Online – Register and pay online via PayPal with a credit card.  You do not need a PayPal account to make credit card payments through PayPal.

U.S. Mail: Please print and enclose the registration form (pdf) found here and mail it with your payment to Genesis Spiritual Life and Conference Center, 53 Mill Street, Westfield, MA 01085.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and U.S. checks payable to Genesis Spiritual Life Center.

Registration/Deposit

• Registration for day programs must be paid in full at the time of registration. 
• Overnight and weekend programs require a $50 deposit upon registration. Payment in full is required 14 days before the start. 
• Please note that no confirmation of deposit and/or registration is sent unless requested.

Cancellation Policy

Day program cancellations can always receive a refund, less the processing fee.

Overnight and weekend cancellations up to 14 days before the program start, receive a full refund, less the processing fee.

Overnight and weekend cancellations within 13 days of the start of the program or retreat, your $50 deposit is non-refundable.

Should Genesis cancel or reschedule a program or retreat, you will receive a full refund.

Early registration is encouraged. Due to limited spaces, availability is not guaranteed for every program. Should the program you are registering for be unavailable, we will notify you by email and/or phone.  Should your registration be sent to us late Friday afternoon or during the weekend, you will not receive a response until the following week as our registration staff is off on the weekend.
