Valenda Liptak
Valenda (Val) is a certified Spiritual Director, a Register Nurse, and earned a master’s degree in health care management. She currently works in hospital administration and is passionate about serving complex medical patients. She is involved in women’s retreats and bible studies, a Eucharist Minister, and is a member of several community organizations that support the underserved people in the community. Valenda has been married for over 30 years and has four adult children and six grandchildren. She takes care of her adult disabled sister and walks alongside her sister and children through joys and challenges of life. Balancing time with others and time alone helps her to find her rhythm in this journey we call life. As a Spiritual Director, Valenda is committed to honoring each person through attentive listening and conversation. She enjoys encouraging women to deepening their relationship with God through bible stories, reflection, conversation, and journaling while supporting each person where they are on their life journey.
