Anne Simpkinson has been practicing Centering Prayer (CP) since 1996.  She completed the Introductory CP Workshop training program, served as co-coordinator for Contemplative Outreach of New York City for several years, and facilitated CP groups at St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church and St. Ignatius Catholic Church, both in Manhattan, as well as at Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center in Madison, CT. She currently facilitates contemplative prayer and writing retreats in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
