You’re invited into the quiet work of seeing—beyond masks, beyond judgment—toward a deeper awareness of self and others. Rooted in a non-dual vision of love and healing, it echoes the Gospel call to embrace both light and shadow as pathways to wholeness, authenticity, and true spiritual freedom.

To See and Be Seen

To see… begins within.

Beneath the practiced smile,

beneath the quiet disguises

we have come to trust,

there is a self,

waiting without defense.

We have called our lives a struggle;

light against dark, good against broken;

as if peace were found by winning.

But the soul does not heal through victory.

It heals through welcome.

What we fear, what we hide,

what we name as failure

is not cast out but drawn in;

held, listened to, loved into wholeness.

Jesus shows us this way:

not removing suffering but entering it;

not rejecting the broken but seeing through it

to something deeper still.

So we learn to look again;

at ourselves, at one another

with gentler eyes.

Not as problems to be solved,

but as mysteries to be embraced.

And slowly, the masks loosen.

The divisions soften.

The heart remembers

what it has always been.

Not divided, but whole.

Not condemned, but beloved.

To see and to be seen

is to stand in that truth

without turning away.
