1:00 pm – Spiritual Practices for Well-Being
Active engagement is the strongest indicator for positive use of spirituality in coping. Participants will engage several spiritually rooted practices with proven mental health benefits. Includes guided practice of Breath prayer, Loving Kindness Prayer, and Prayerful Savoring.
