Together, we’ll explore the history and principles of this deeply contemplative approach, learning how to recognize and trust the body’s natural capacity to sense God’s presence. Guided by experienced facilitators, you’ll have opportunities to practice focusing, connect with others, and gently awaken the inner movements of your own felt-sense.
