Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hospitality Associate to join our team. This part-time role primarily involves afternoon and early evening hours, with flexibility in the schedule required to include weekend days as needed. Join us in contributing to the hospitality industry in a serene retreat environment.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Kitchen and Dining Support:

• Serve meals to guests during dining hours.
• Help set up and break down dining areas for meals and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.

Housekeeping Assistance:

• Perform light housekeeping duties in guest rooms and common areas.
• Ensure that facilities are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to appropriate staff.

Guest Support:

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and throughout their stay.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about retreat center facilities, activities, and local attractions.
• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student in good academic standing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule with availability for afternoon and early evening hours, including weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
