Heart-Centered Meditation

Join a loving, conscious, healing community for prayer and meditation—two DAILY one-hour sessions at 7:00am and 7:00pm.  The first half-hour includes a prayerful centering, inspirational reading, and optional 20 minutes of silence. After the silence, you may sign off or stay for reflection and sharing.

How to Register

Join as many sessions as you’d like for a suggested donation of $1 per Zoom.  Calculate the number of sessions you will attend, register and pay below. After registering, you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting login information.
