It is not unusual for women in the second half of life to evaluate what life has had to offer thus far – whether raising children or grandchildren, caring for ailing parents or spouses, being single or divorced, feeling close to others or somewhat isolated, feeling connected spiritually or not, counting down the days at a less-than-satisfying job, or being wildly successful out in the world.
Taking the time to reflect upon both the small and larger issues during this transitional time of life and creating new visions for oneself are the framework for this group that will encompass discussion, sharing, group exercises, and readings. This workshop builds upon the value of social connections in having a meaningful life.
Cost: $75, includes lunch
