Mother Nature demonstrates the need to let go as She releases the hold of winter to welcome spring's new growth. With Yoga, we allow for our personal growth as we learn to let go of that which no longer serves us. In this Yoga Retreat, you will relax with yogic movements, special types of breathing, and with various guided deep relaxations. You will release physical tension, mental rigidity, and emotional sorrow. You will also experience the transformative power of Yoga Nidra. Adaptations can be made with all of the practices to accommodate individual needs or challenges. Time for personal reflection and integration will be included along with structured yoga sessions. This Yoga Retreat is suitable for all levels of experience, as everyone can benefit from time to let go of the pressures of everyday life, time to release, and to relax. Begins Friday with supper at 6:00pm and concludes with lunch at noon on Sunday.
