Friday supper to Sunday lunch
In our fast paced world, people are driven to work more, play harder, get "better", and be richer. Yoga is the perfect antidote for today's persistent stress and dissatisfaction. This weekend retreat is an ideal way to experience for yourself how yoga fosters abiding satisfaction, and ease of mind, what yogis call contentment.
You will be guided through a variety of yoga postures, special breathing exercises, and techniques for deep relaxation. In combination, these yoga methods create overall wellness and satisfaction in your life. You will also be guided through periods of Yoga Nidra with intentions and affirmations focused on contentment. Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome. Those with yoga experience and complete beginners will all enjoy and benefit from Yoga for Contentment.
Begins Friday with supper at 6:00pm and concludes with lunch at noon on Sunday. Fee: Resident with private room, $285; Semi-private room, $260; Commuter with meals, $200; Commuter without meals, $165. Deposit $100. Balance due 14 days prior to start of program.
