Celebrate the sensations of summer with Yoga. Feel the Warmth in your muscles as you stretch and experience fluidity in your body as you flow through pose sequences. Cooling breath practices and inspiring meditations will refresh your mind and spirit. Each class is a mini-retreat, allowing you to reconnect deeply with yourself and leaving your whole being glowing and renewed. This mixed-level series is appropriate for most ability levels. Bring your own mat.
6:30 –7:45pm Fee: Tailor the series to fit your schedule: $85 for the entire eight weeks, $70 for any six weeks. Drop-in rate $13. Pre-registration is required.
