As the earth renews itself in the light of the returning sun, renew your commitment to caring for yourself with this Yoga series. Yoga poses and stretches guide us to greater awareness of our bodies by honoring our physical limitations, while allowing us to more fully realize our strengths and capabilities. The breathing and meditation practices also nourish our spirit and inspire a deeper connection with our inner selves, as we shed layers of stress and accept ourselves with compassion. 6:30-7:45pm Fee: $85 for the entire eight weeks, $70 for your choice of any six weeks. A drop in rate of $13 per class is also available. Pre-registration is required.
