Give yourself permission to pause. Share time with warmhearted women and practice short, simple mindfulness skills to release stress, calm your mind, soothe your emotions, and rest your body. Practice skills that can be integrated into your busy days to support your health, your relationships, and our world, including gentle Self Care Yoga® and breathing, mindful eating, conscious creation, intentional rest, and quiet connection. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners of all levels of fitness and flexibility.
9:30am – 3:30pm Fee: $75 with lunch, $65 without. Pre-registration is required.
