What is MBSR?

                The program’s central purpose is to support individuals dealing with stress, illness and/or pain who wish to become more resilient and nurture healthy attitudes and well-being  amidst  the difficulties they’re facing.

                 Numerous studies show that MBSR improves health and well-being in part by:  reducing stress, anxiety and depression; enhancing immune function; and fostering better interpersonal relations.

                Meditation, group discussion, inquiry and mindful movement will be used to teach how to use mindfulness to respond more effectively to stress.

 Program Fee:  Sliding scale based upon household income              

Try living one day without any unhealthy thoughts. It may be very difficult, but try another day, until it becomes habitual, and life will move in the direction of becoming healthy, vital, and alive.
