Do you love doing yoga and exercising but no longer want to get down on the floor? Join me for the sitting mountain series of LVCY Chair Yoga. You will learn to do Hatha Yoga and Chi-Gong on a chair. Improve your physical and mental wellness and work to your own level of flexibility. Learn breathing techniques to increase oxygenation, improve body tone and flexibility, and end with a deep relaxation. Regardless of your age or activity level, these classes will improve your coordination, strength and mobility.
1:45pm - 2:45pm Fee: $64 for the entire eight week or drop-in for $10 a class. Pre-registration is required.
