Do you want to try yoga but don’t want to get down on the floor? Then chair yoga is just right for you!
We combine stretching, yoga, chi-gong, breathing and relaxation exercises into a gentle work-out.
Regardless of your age or activity/mobility level, these classes will improve your coordination, strength,
flexibility, and sense of wellbeing. Loose clothing is recommended.
1:45 pm – 2:45 pm Fee: $64 for 8 weeks or drop-in for $10 a class. Pre-registration required.
