Fear holds us back without our realizing it. We can hold it either in power or in pain. In this workshop, students will gently come face to face with their fears and find ways to make their lives work despite their fears. Topics to be covered include: the five truths about fear, taking responsibility for ourselves, evaluating our support systems, making win-win decisions, and learning positive choices for our lives.
