The shortened days of autumn call us to introspection and the re-gathering of our energy for the long, dark winter. Align your inner and outer self with this eight week yoga series. You will learn breathing practices to build inner warmth, poses to strengthen and tone the body, and meditation to foster the seeds of change that will bloom in the spring. Poses can be adapted to most ability levels. Please bring your own mat or blanket.
6:30 – 8:00pm Fee: $85 for the entire eight weeks, $70 for your choice of any six weeks. A drop-in rate of $12 per class is also available. Pre-registration is required.
