Ideas in psychology about grief and loss have changed dramatically in the last several years. Through conversation, sharing, and brief exercises, we will explore some of these ideas including the value of continuing connections and bonds with those who have died, the role of culture in relationships and loss, the importance of religion and spirituality in fostering connections and healing, and creativity as it pertains to grieving.
